Terms of service

 1. A non-refundable down payment of 50% is required upon submission of your order. This serves as a safeguard against unforeseen cancellations that may impact our business.

2. Please note that preparation takes approximately 5 to 7 days for our regular gift sets and 7 to 14 days for our premium gift boxes after the down payment is settled. We will let you know if your order is ready sooner.

3. Order details cannot be changed once the order has been submitted, especially if production has already started. Any changes requested afterward may incur additional fees.

4. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery. Photos and videos of the completed order will be provided as proof prior to release.

5. We use Lalamove for deliveries, and delivery costs are shouldered by the client. For larger orders, we recommend using a car instead of a motorcycle. We are not responsible for any damages caused by third-party couriers.

6. Once an order is placed and the down payment is settled, cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed.

Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of the 50% down payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order not fully confirmed.
